About Kristy
Let me introduce myself.
Hi.
My name is Kristy. I drink coffee to keep tabs on linear time. I play a cheese cleric in DnD. And Kristy is my real name, even though when I was younger I had lists of pseudonyms for when I became a famous writer and refused all book tours because I didn’t want anyone to know me. But I’m out here being seen, for real, because I want you to feel seen, too.
I’m queer, and multiply neurodivergent. I work with people who feel like they’ve fallen through the cracks. They don’t want to give everything they have just to barely scrape by with the bare minimum anymore. They’re working on recovering from burnout, maybe dealing with chronic illness(es), and learning to make space for their own neurodivergence. They’re trading a need to always be more productive for a feeling of self-compassion and ease.
My clients are finding out who they are. If that’s you, I'm ready to support you while you carve the space out for your whole self that you deserve. I can't wait to meet you.

About the Clinical Director
This is Gatsby.
This is Through the Cracks’ clinical director, Gatsby (like the book title, not the titular character. He’s never once called me an “old sport”).
He comes to most of my sessions to “supervise” (read: sleep), so you’ll probably see him in the chair behind me more often than not. On occasion you might hear him snoring. Other occasions you might hear him trying to tell me he’s pretty sure the mailman is here (we all fit some stereotypes sometimes).

It's a free, 15 minute virtual meeting so you can find out what it's going to be like to work with me. It's your place to ask questions, or I can guide the conversation. These can feel nerve-wracking, but you don't need to be prepared; just present. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
